Lloydminster Medical Building
MVP was hired to repair, seal and recoat the exterior of this dated building in central Alberta. Utilizing the best elastomeric on the market, our team was able to renew the stucco, while bridging the hairline fractures and imperfections to provide a cost effective, long lasting restoration to the building. The resulting outcome was a breathable, flexible and colour-fast solution that revived the exterior making it brand new. Most importantly, the customers were thrilled!

Majestic View
MVP was contracted to update the full exterior of this home. This included removing the vertical siding on the sides of the house and in its place installing new texture to match the current stucco perfectly, as well as bordering battens and stained shakes at the peaks. The installation project went seamlessly and the exterior style was unified with a new colour scheme by applying the best elastomeric on the market to the stucco and emulsion stain to the battens. Semi-transparent stain was used on the peaks to round out the new aesthetic. Increased allure, protected surfaces and ecstatic customers was the end result.
